This collection of six new townhomes is set on a 14,000 square-foot parcel. The design respects the scale of surrounding homes with varied height construction (two and three stories), which also optimizes the site's view opportunities and assures plentiful light to every unit. The design strategy uses identical construction methods, detail assemblies and materials throughout the project, but varies the placement of the details in the individual units. The homes thus retain distinctive and independent identities in their average 1,500 square feet of living space.
