Placed in service 1997. Twenty-two existing apartments were substantially renovated and remodeled to provide housing for HIV-positive and AIDS-symptomatic tenants. As part of the completed work, the apartments were clustered around two extensively landscaped courtyards. The architects worked with technical demands created by multiple funding sources including private funds, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD and the City of Oceanside.
